Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need of care.

Patients who accumulate more than two late cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedule requests will be subject to a fee:
• $30 for missed or late-canceled office visits
• $50 for missed or late-canceled procedures

These fees will be added to the patient’s account and must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
